The staff at the hotel and restaurant are so very friendly that we were really pleased. All compliments! The hotel is nice, the rooms are quite clean, the wifi in the room is a bit poor at times, but they have their own wifi upstairs in the restaurant which works great. Our room didn't have a good view so we spent the evenings on the terrace, which has a beautiful view. Breakfast was solid, variety of food available, food in the restaurant not bad either. The restaurant manager is very friendly, greetings from Ljubljana to all the staff!

Location was excellent, some really good shops and food places really close by.The staff were all very helpful and helped straight away with anything that needed doing.Breakfast had a nice variety of food that we enjoyed alot.The hotel was always neat and clean.Me and my family were very happy with the hotel overall,thankyou Darkhill you really made our holiday in Istanbul enjoyable.

the employees were very friendly, the hotel was less than one minute from a tram station that took you to Sulthanamat, and a 5 min walk from bigger metro stations that brought you everywhere! overall I really enjoyed my stay and would possibly come back hete next time I visit!

It was nice and clean. The tram is right outside the hotel so this was really good as we could around the city without having to pay for mini cabs.
